Downtimes are due Midnight Thursday March 3, 2011. Addendum's will be accepted up to Midnight Thursday March 10, 2011. Do not send in downtimes after March 3 or Addendum's after March 10. They will not be assigned the same priority as those that get in on time.
Next event is scheduled for March 26, 2011 at Chris' Ellis'. Check-in will begin at 5:00pm. Opening ceremonies will start at6:00pm. If you must arrive late please be aware that you are Out-Of-Play and try to avoid disturbing play until you are able to check in.
